Fresh Start Surgical Gifts gives disadvantaged children and young adults with physical deformities the chance to remove the mask of their deformity through the gift of reconstructive surgery. In celebration of this mission the organization will be holding their 15th Annual Butterfly Ball…An Italian Masquerade.

The ball will be held on Saturday, October 21 at the majestic Hotel Del Coronado. This year Fresh Start welcomes Mrs. Audrey S. Geisel of Dr. Seuss Enterprises as their Honorary Chair.

The theme, an Italian Masquerade, represents Fresh Start's patient's transformations. Without the mask of their deformity, these children are no longer defined by their disfigurement, and are able to reveal the beauty from within.

Entertainment will be provided courtesy of Wayne Foster Entertainment, along with fine food and an exciting silent and live auction. The cost is $275 per person, with proceeds benefiting Fresh Start's mission.
