LEGOLAND? California will premier a brand-new 4-D movie adventure just in time for summer. Spellbreaker, a classic tale of good versus evil set in medieval times, opens May 13 of this year.
LEGOLAND welcomes park guests into the action where audience members are transported to a world of sorcerers, swords and times long ago. The short film appeals to viewers using music, animation and facial expressions to tell a story that translates well in all languages. This attraction is perfect for ages three years and up; even adults will enjoy it.
Inspired by LEGO? products, the heroic tale invites the audience to journey with a gallant blacksmith who unknowingly aids a princess on a country road and is commissioned to help save the kingdom from the dastardly plans of an evil wizard. Along the way, viewers will delight as they meet a variety of colorful characters including a court jester and a friendly dragon that longs to breathe fire.
Spellbreaker will be shown in the current LEGO Show Place which has stadium style seating in the Imagination Zone area. The price of the show is included with park admission. Guests can pick up a park map upon entering LEGOLAND to get show times for Spellbreaker.
