Chamberlain Property Management (CPM), a property management company located in the Village in downtown Carlsbad, recently promoted previous Assistant Manager Lee Arnold, to Operations Manager.

In his new role, Arnold will be responsible for overseeing, training and continuously educating the CPM team; steering the company's efforts to stay technologically current and monitoring their success while ensuring CPM's ongoing commitment to customer service.

Arnold, a Cal State University San Marcos graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, joined CPM during his senior year of high school.

"I met the Chamberlains while on a high school summer camping trip with the church that we both attend," remembers Arnold. "I knew, even at age 17, that I wanted to pursue a career in real estate and it was important to me to find a company that shared my ethics and values."

Mike Chamberlain, president of CPM, said that Arnold has filled almost every role in the company at one time or another over the past six years and is the ideal candidate for this new position. Arnold will also spearhead new efforts in business development by expanding the company's presence in community organizations and events.

Chamberlain Property Management will celebrate its 20th anniversary later this year. They specialize in managing residential real estate in Carlsbad, Oceanside and Vista.
