What would you like the community of Carlsbad to know about any new service you provide or are currently developing?
The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort was one of the first hotels built in Carlsbad. It is actually both a timeshare property and a hotel. There are 61 hotel units and 132 timeshare units. There is one conference room for smaller groups and events.
What do you like about being located in the City of Carlsbad or North County?
Location, location, location. The resort is 100 yards from the beach and is a perfect place for business or leisure travel. It is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, shops and services, so you can park your car and never need to drive anywhere. Carlsbad Village is a friendly beach community. The atmosphere is cute, quaint and comfortable for the entire family.
What local factors have contributed to your company's success and what has the community done to facilitate that?
Carlsbad Village has been well-maintained and over the years and the city has supported upgrading the streets and boulevards. The Village shops and restaurants have continued to evolve and there are efforts to further improve the area. The local businesses support each other and add to the friendly atmosphere of the community.
