Attend the chamber's First Friday Breakfast next month and learn how to start the business of your dreams or rebuild the one you already own.
The featured speaker will be New York Times best selling author and business guru Michael Gerber, who knows that most small business owners work in their businesses instead of on them. This happens because they are missing the fundamental point: The sole and specific reason to build your own business is to provide you with a better life, and more of it, period. Not to create a j-o-b.
Gerber is the author of the “E-Myth” book series. His new book, “Awakening the Entrepreneur Within You: How Ordinary People Create Extraordinary Companies Without Any Experience to Guide Them” is due out next month.
During the First Friday Breakfast, Gerber will speak to you about the age of the new entrepreneur and how his ideas are helping to change the face of small business. In this educational 30-minute presentation, you will:
• Learn practical know how to build your own system.
• Become a business development specialist.
• Leave knowing how to function like a powerful machine.
For those who want to learn more, Gerber will be hosting a one-day event, Beyond the E-Myth: Awaken the Entrepreneur Within You, Feb. 12 at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego. For more information about Gerber or this event, visit
