The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce recognized its outstanding volunteers at the annual First Friday Breakfast Volunteer Recognition Program Dec. 7.
The celebration, which included a fabulous breakfast buffet, networking and an award presentation ceremony, took place at the Hilton Garden Inn in Carlsbad. Numerous awards were given out to thank the many volunteers who help the chamber throughout the year.
“A chamber of commerce is only successful if they have a volunteer army. Fortunately, we have a legion of citizen soldiers,” said Ted Owen, president and CEO of the chamber.
The following people were named Committee Member of the Year for their respective committees:
