The top tradeshow tactics and networking techniques to increase company contacts and sales will be the topic of the chamber's First Friday Breakfast next month.
The featured speaker will be Rhonda Sher, author of “The Two Minute Networker.” Sher is known as the expert on the topic of business networking.
Her expertise is in teaching entrepreneurs how to create quality leads from business expos as an exhibitor and how to create contacts that count as an attendee. Sher has firsthand experience in putting on hundreds of business expos and tradeshows, as well as consulting with companies nationwide on how to get a significant return on investment from tradeshow booths.
During the First Friday Breakfast, Sher will share tips, techniques and strategies for making the upcoming Carlsbad Business Expo a success for exhibitors and attendees. She will talk about how to attract visitors to your booth, how to get qualifying information about those who visit your booth and a simple system for follow-up.
In addition, Sher will give tips on how to find and develop strategic relationships at the Carlsbad Business Expo using “The Two Minute Networker” method. Expo exhibitors are invited to attend a more in-depth, hands-on workshop presented by Sher at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 27 at the chamber, 5934 Priestly Drive, Carlsbad.
