The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, together with the Oceanside Chamber, will host a 5 Minute Networking event at 5 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Carlsbad Chamber office located at 5934 Priestly Drive in Carlsbad.
Similar to speed dating, participants will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one in five-minute increments with up to 20 individuals. In each five-minute meeting, professionals can describe their respective businesses, exchange business cards and pass on referrals.
When attendees register for the event online, they can pick up to five types of business classifications that they are interested in networking with. The event includes light refreshments.
Tickets are $30 for chamber members who register by Nov. 25. After Nov. 25, and at the door, tickets are $40.
