Feel at home while working the room at the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce Sundowner from 5 to 7 p.m. March 25 at Bluwater Crossing, a new mixed-use development in Carlsbad.
The live/work community, located at 6800 Embarcadero Lane, is providing a new way of life. As such, the company that developed Bluwater Crossing, approached it from a different perspective.
Trammell Crow Residential, a real estate development firm, has been building homes and communities for more than 30 years. Over that time, the firm has developed the philosophy that it's not so much about building structures as it is creating new ways of living.
That is why Trammell Crow focuses on mixed-use developments that are as beautiful as they are sustainable. Each one is created to gel seamlessly with the community where it is located, taking into consideration the unique environmental and cultural sensitivities of that locale.
It's an approach Trammell Crow has applied to more than 200,000 living spaces. It's also garnered the firm a fair share of awards, although they measure true success by enabling their buyers to create enriched lives.
