Deb Beddoe has been named Ambassador of the Month by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Deb Beddoe Consulting has been a Chamber member for almost two years. Currently Deb is the Chair of the Ambassadors Committee, Co-Chair of the Business Resource Committee, and is heading up a Chamber Task Force to bring the Carlsbad business community into the City's emergency preparedness plan. Deb Beddoe's contributions to the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce are truly appreciated.
As Ambassador of the Month, Deb Beddoe has announced some exciting changes in her company. She is incorporating and changing the name of her company to Your Ops Manager. The impetus of this change stems from the development of a system that is designed to help small business owners manage their businesses. The Ops Manager system takes the place of an office manager or operations manager because the Ops Manager system completes the tasks associated with those job descriptions.
Each client of the Ops Manager system has an operations calendar that is uniquely tailored to their business and the system completes the tasks over a four year operations plan that grows the company according to the business owner's goals.
Beddoe was thrilled to announce this development. “Through my Chamber membership I have had the good fortune to assist many small businesses with their finance and operations projects,” she said. “Through much work in the Chamber's Pathways to Success program I was able to envision this business model that can help business owners grow their companies through a planned schedule of keeping on top of their business growth rather than just helping with projects as they fall behind on deadlines. I am very grateful for the insight my Pathways group has inspired and I know the system will become an invaluable tool for many small business owners.”
