How often do you receive such outstanding customer service that you tell someone about it? Is it 80 percent of the time? No? That's interesting, because studies show that 80 percent of CEOs believe their organizations provide outstanding service.
Join Wendi Brick of Customer Service Advantage, Inc. as she explores the culture of service and what makes good service great at the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce First Friday Breakfast, Friday January 7 at the Windmill Banquet & Catering.
We live in an experience economy. People are more inclined to be repeat customers if they have a great experience. Creating a great experience for your customers creates loyal fans – people that will stick with you and refer you to others.
Brick will teach attendees how to implement the Six Essential Elements for Creating a Culture of Service in your business, which will set you apart from your competition so you can maximize your customers' experience. She'll discuss why bad service happens so often, how an individual can deliver great impressions, and the elements professionals need to support great service on the front lines.
Wendi has 12 years of experience developing and implementing customer service improvement programs across industry types. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding making great impressions in any situation and can offer insight, tips, techniques and advice that can help you personally, and improve the overall impression your business or organization makes on every person, every day.
