The City of Carlsbad will host a free half-day conference for residents interested in taking a leadership role in their neighborhoods or the community at large.
The "Carlsbad, Love it" neighborhoods conference will feature inspirational speakers, hands on seminars and resource booths designed to help residents expand their leadership and community organizing skills. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa.
