Two-time Cupcake Wars champion, Little Cakes Cupcake Kitchen, will open its second location in the Los Coches Village Shopping Center in Carlsbad. Currently located in Downtown Vista, the 1,496 square foot space in Carlsbad will be their second location. “This is a exciting opportunity for Little Cakes to expand and open in the Carlsbad market where they already have a great following. Not only are they TV stars, they have also been recognized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce as one of the top small businesses,” said Riviera Real Estate’s Lawrence Kopp who negotiated the lease on behalf of Little Cakes Cupcake Kitchen. Located on Rancho Santa Fe Rd. next to Stagecoach Park, Little Cakes Cupcake Kitchen will open in the former Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store. They will join Sprouts, Big 5 and Crust Pizzeria in the shopping center. Little Cakes Kitchen plans to open mid-summer 2017 under the name Little Cakes Kitchen and will offer their award-winning cupcakes, other baked goods, coffee, and desert drinks.
