Carlsbad Police Dept running to support local Special Olympics athlete



In just a couple of weeks, law enforcement agencies from all across San Diego County will be participating in the Law Enforcement Torch Run, a charitable relay that travels from South Bay, up the coast, and through Camp Pendleton before handing it off to the next region; an intense but beautiful route.

Carlsbad PD is fortunate that the relay passes right through Carlsbad, offering a wonderful chance for local businesses to show their support.

Contribute to the team’s fundraising page or simply step outside and cheer as the runners go by their storefronts. This year, more than ever, we’re hoping the Carlsbad community will rally behind their local PD heroes, in their dedication in supporting their local Special Olympics athletes in a meaningful way.
