Grand Pacific Resorts recently invited Ted Owen, president and CEO of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, to take part in a news segment that  aired on KUSI’s Good Morning San Diego focusing on staycations and things to enjoy in Carlsbad in the fall. Reporter Brad Perry was on-hand to interview Grand Pacific Resort’s Tim Stripe and other members of the Grand Pacific Resort team as well as guests. The segments took place at the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort, the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at MarBrisa, the Sheraton Carlsbad and other points of interest in the city. Owen rode with Perry, Stripe and other guests on a trolley that connects all of the Grand Pacific Resorts properties and takes people to several tourist spots in the city. Owen touted the things that make Carlsbad a great place for staycations.
