If you don't know who you are going to talk to today about your products or services, you are temporarily out of business until you do.
Networking is one of the most effective, least expensive ways to market your business, fill your sales pipeline with prospects and ultimately acquire new clients.
Learn how to achieve networking excellence by attending the Carlsbad Chamber's First Friday Breakfast next month. The featured speaker will be Tim Templeton, the bestselling author of “The Referral of a Lifetime,” which has been published in 10 languages.
Templeton has addressed audiences across the United States and abroad on a variety of client acquisition processes. He currently serves as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Locallife.com, an online local directory serving 2,110 communities throughout the United States.
During the First Friday Breakfast, Templeton will teach you how to:
• Leverage your existing assets to increase your sales revenue and bottom line.
• Choose networking partners to greatly enhance your results at the next networking event you attend.
• Consistently utilize the right networking tactics to get the results you're looking for at every event and in every situation.
First Friday Breakfast is the chamber's premiere networking and business promotional event, and one of the most regularly attended monthly programs. The breakfast will be from 7 to 9 a.m. June 5 at the Windmill Banquet & Catering, 890 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad, 92008.
Tickets for the event are $30 for chamber members and $50 for prospective members registered by May 29. After May 29, and at the door, tickets are $55. At the door, seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Tabletop exhibits or Soapbox presentations are available to promote your business for $70 each, which includes one breakfast, and must be reserved in advance by calling Deveney Gibbons, the chamber's member services manager, at (760) 931-8400.
