Tracy Sharrar, who quickly became an award-winning agent after beginning her career in real estate in 2000 in the Sacramento area, was named Ambassador of the Month by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.
Sharrar, a realtor with Prudential California Realty, says her passion is helping her clients realize their dream of homeownership, both first time and move-up buyers with growing families. Sharrar believes you build community one neighbor at a time.
She achieves this by staying in consistent contact with her clients, emphasizing client care and ultimately earning the role as their trusted advisor. Sharrar's experience is that this approach builds a sense of community between herself and her clients, and also among her clients.
Sharrar makes it a priority to develop business-to-business relationships. She said the Carlsbad Chamber has given her numerous opportunities to establish these relationships by being an active member. Sharrar serves on chamber committees and attends its NetWeaving events each month.
Sharrar lives with her family in Alga Hills. She works hard to effectively balance her activities outside of work to include discovering Carlsbad's many treasures and volunteering her time with various city programs.
