Deb Beddoe of Deb Beddoe Consulting has been named Ambassador of the Month by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.
Deb Beddoe Consulting has been a member of the chamber since Beddoe founded her consulting company in September. Beddoe offers her experience as a former CFO and COO to companies that have a desire to outsource one-time or recurring finance and operations projects.
Beddoe was named Ambassador of the Month for her ability and willingness to support the Ambassador Committee and the chamber in any capacity needed. Beddoe attends ribbon cutting ceremonies to honor new Carlsbad businesses, serves as a greeter at the chamber's Sundowner and First Friday events and encourages chamber members to become actively involved in the chamber to maximize their membership opportunities.
Additionally, in recognition of her leadership abilities, the chamber is pleased that Beddoe has accepted the responsibility of serving as co-chair of the Ambassador Committee this year. Beddoe also is a member of the chamber's Business Resource Committee and regularly participates in the Pathways To Success program offered by the chamber.
Her 20-year career has been spent in operations and finance management. She started her consulting company because she saw an opportunity for companies that lack the CFO or COO role in their organizations to have the ability to get important projects done by someone with management level experience.
