After 24 years as a partner at the successful Carlsbad accounting and tax firm of Lyttleton & Associates, S. Elaine Lyttleton sold her business and now works with the tax accounting firm of Bill Slattery & Associates. The Slattery firm provides full services to businesses and individuals in the areas of corporate, partnership, LLC and individual income taxes, accounting, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, payroll processing, financial and tax planning. Lyttleton is an Enrolled Agent (EA) which means she is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service. In 1996 she helped draft and lobby for legislation that formed the California Tax Education Council (CTEC). She currently serves as the chairman of the board of CTEC.
