Your clients don't lie awake at night worrying about whether or not you will have a successful year.
You have to provide a valuable trade or service and do the work to remain fresh in their mind, so when they have a need in your area of expertise, your business is the natural choice. In this economy, instead of passively waiting for your phone to ring, you must be actively demonstrating your unique value in the marketplace and building strong business relationships that will lead to long-term growth and prosperity.
Learn how to implement a proven system to stay in consistent contact with your clients by attending the Carlsbad Chamber's First Friday Breakfast next month. The featured speaker will be J'aime Nowak, a certified leadership instructor with Buffini & Company.
Nowak began her real estate career in 1995. When she began building her business using Brian Buffini's referral systems, she was soon doubling her income every year.
Nowak was asked to become manager of her real estate office, where she turned the company around by reversing a six-figure deficit and creating consistent profitability within 16 months. Having achieved great success in the industry, Nowak joined Buffini & Company in 2004 to bring her skills to a wider audience.
During the First Friday Breakfast, Nowak will show you proven strategies that will allow you to:
• Generate a steady stream of referred leads to grow your business.
• Focus on the relationship instead of the transaction to increase loyalty and profitability.
• Decrease your expenses.
• Leverage your time and enjoy what you do.
First Friday Breakfast is the chamber's premiere networking and business promotional event, and one of the most regularly attended monthly programs. The breakfast will be from 7 to 9 a.m. May 1 at the Windmill Banquet & Catering, 890 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad, 92008.
Tickets for the event are $30 for chamber members and $50 for prospective members registered by April 24. After April 24, and at the door, tickets are $55. At the door, seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Tabletop exhibits or Soapbox presentations are available to promote your business for $70 each, which includes one breakfast, and must be reserved in advance by calling Deveney Gibbons, the chamber's member services manager, at (760) 931-8400.
