The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad's board of directors announced Jan. 24 that it has named Kelly Morrison Pop as the organization's new executive director and chief professional officer.
The announcement was made following the resignation of Ron Sipiora, who served the organization for seven years. During his tenure, the club was named No. 1 club in the nation by Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Morrison Pop has served as the club's development director since July of 2000. During that time, she raised the bar on everything she touched.
