Chamber University, one of the most innovated and comprehensive leadership programs in California, was designed to help individuals gain a clear understanding of the foundations of successful leadership, including leadership styles, strategic planning and change management.
By drawing on the experience and knowledge of some of today's most respected leaders, our goal at the Chamber is to assist in the creation of leaders who initiate excellence, action and success in all areas of their lives. Each class is designed to be valuable when taken individually, however participants derive the most benefit from participating in the series as a whole.

The Leadership Series, which consists of nine classes, is also designed to ensure that local business people are equipped with the tools they need, not just to manage, but to lead.
