A new electronic Carlsbad City Newsletter recently made its debut on the City's website. It also will be available to residents via email subscription.
Signing up to receive the monthly e-newsletter is quick and easy, explains City Communications Manager Denise Vedder.
"Simply visit the City's website at www.ci.carlsbad.ca.us, click on 'City Services', then click on 'Email Subscription Services.' Choose 'City Newsletter' and follow the instructions. Soon, you'll be in the know about current City programs, services, events, activities and opportunities coming your way in Carlsbad each month," Vedder says.
Information within each newsletter will contain a quick link to further details. The newsletter page, posted on the city's website each month, will contain a spot for subscribers to sign up for the email service.
The monthly Carlsbad City Newsletter is one of many vehicles the City uses to keep residents abreast of current issues, Vedder says.
"Email subscriptions are available on dozens of topics, including Council agendas meetings and even Police Department releases. We also have a telephone number (760) 602-2004 which is the 'It's Your City' Information Line that is also updated monthly."
