Kristina McMahon joined the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce in August as business development manager.
Her responsibilities at the chamber include welcoming new businesses to the area and explaining the vast benefits of being a chamber member.
She previously worked part-time in business development for the chamber from 2000 to 2002. McMahon and her family spent the past four years in Okinawa, Japan, where her husband, George, was stationed with the U.S. Navy.
McMahon and her husband reside in Oceanside with their two children, Lexi, 9, and George, 10. Her interests include running, reading and spending time with her family.
