Working with a group, such as Pathways to Success, can help you supplement the team influence with facilitated meetings, peer support and group resources.
A Pathways to Success group is a noncompetitive team of peer consultants and colleagues who help you become more successful by discussing your business and addressing goals on a regular basis. Groups work together as accountability and brainstorming partners. Each group has a facilitator that leads agenda setting, problem solving, accountability and mentoring.
The groups will be made of no more than 10 business owners with similarities that will compliment each other, but will be limited to “one per industry” so that information can be shared freely. All information shared with the group is absolutely confidential.
The purpose of the meetings is to allow entrepreneurs the opportunity to talk about their business issues and opportunities in a facilitated format. Members may choose to bring in speakers as needed, but the primary purpose is accountability, brainstorming, identification of resources and support.
The groups will meet twice a month and facilitators will rotate periodically. The program is open only to members of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and the cost is affordable.
