Barratt American has been building distinct and diverse homes throughout Southern California for the past 26 years. In North County San Diego, Barratt is currently selling four communities, Magnolia Estates at Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad, Nantucket in Leucadia, Crescent Court in San Marcos and City Square in Escondido. 2. What do you like about being located in the City of Carlsbad or North County San Diego?
Carlsbad is not only a beautiful city that provides many amenities for our employees, but it is also centrally located to all our new home communities.
3. What local factors have contributed to your company's success and what has the community done to facilitate that?
We have enjoyed our relationship with the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and sponsoring many events including Jazz in the Park. Being active in the community has benefited us by creating company awareness and networking with the local citizens and businesses.
