Join the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce for an open house celebrating the chamber being in its own building for seven years.
“It's hard to believe that we've been in our beautiful building this long already,” said Toni Padron, executive vice president and COO of the chamber. “We're happy to say business is good in Carlsbad, and we would love for people to come out and celebrate these accomplishments with us.”
The Seven Year Itch event will include a human resources trade show, refreshments, raffle prizes and entertainment. It will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17 at the chamber, 5934 Priestly Drive, Carlsbad.
“We're hosting the human resources trade show because this is a time when employers must be more creative in how they incentivize and compensate their employees,” Padron said.
With more than 1,600 members, the Carlsbad Chamber is the second largest chamber in the county and the 10th largest in the state.
Join the chamber for this don't miss event that will be sure to please with plenty of food, drinks, raffle prizes and lots of networking! The suggested donation is $5 at the door.
The chamber would like to thank those companies that donated raffle prizes for the August Sundowner at the Army and Navy Academy.
For more information or to donate a raffle prize, contact Deveney Gibbons, the chamber's member services manager, at (760) 931-8400 or [email protected].
