Do you need disaster assistance? The following organizations are offering help:
– Through the U.S. Small Business Administration businesses can borrow up to $1.5 million at a 4 percent fixed interest rate; low-interest working capital loans also are available. Homeowners can borrow up to $200,000 at a fixed rate of 2.937 percent to repair or replace homes not fully covered by insurance, as well as up to $40,000 to replace personal property. – Aid is available for business owners, homeowners and renters through the Federal Emergency Management Agency by calling 1-800-621-3362 or applying online at www.fema.gov.
