Our focus has been and always remains the guest and their experience. The experience begins when booking their reservations and doesn't end until check out. Service today must allow guests to be self-sufficient, finding and booking reservations, checking in, dining, playing and shopping information and a quick check-out. This requires apps or mobile website that provides a seamless connectivity across platforms and multiple devices. While innovative technology is paramount to a great guest experience today, so is customer service, which must be genuine and high quality, providing a "wow" service ensures repeat guests!
Our growth will come from an improved economy which fuels corporate/business travel, expands the group/convention market and grows the leisure market segments. Additionally Carlsbad is now distinctly recognized statewide, nationally, and in many cases worldwide as a sought after location on the Southern California coast.
