Too busy working to get away this summer for a tropical vacation? Then attend the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce's Hawaiian-themed Sundowner hosted at The Lund Team from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 20.
The Lund Team, located at 6114 Innovation Way in Bressi Ranch, has more than 50 years of combined real estate experience. Its new green corporate headquarters has 11 Solatubes for complete natural lighting throughout the day, low-flush toilets, solar panels, low-flow faucets, an in-house water osmosis system to limit plastic water bottle usage and a number of other environmentally friendly features.
Making dreams come true since 1982, Carlton and Sandy Lund began their husband and wife real estate duo in Carlsbad. Over the years, the duo has expanded to become a team that includes two of their sons, a daughter-in-law and other real estate professionals.
During the luau, the tropical artwork of renowned local artist Wade Koniakowsky will be on display for everyone's enjoyment. Attendees are encouraged to dress in Hawaiian attire.
