Commuters boarding the train at the Carlsbad Village COASTER Station have a new option in getting to and from the station. The Carlsbad Village COASTER Connection will pick up passengers near their homes, providing a direct link to the COASTER in the mornings, while delivering passengers home in the evenings.
This Monday through Friday peak-hour feeder route allows passengers to board at any location marked by a COASTER Connection bus stop sign. Signs will be located every few blocks in residential areas.
Regular NCTD fares, passes and transfers are accepted when boarding the Connection bus. For more information about the route and schedule, see map and timetables.
