John Laing Homes San Diego has recently promoted Elin Waldal to Director of Sales. Since joining the John Laing Homes team as Sales Manager in June 2005, Waldal was instrumental in developing systems that streamline the operations of the Sales and Marketing Department.
Waldal has been in the homebuilding industry for four years and embraces her new role with enthusiasm and high expectations.
"My new position involves my direction of the division's long-term sales strategy," said Waldal. "I hope to lay a truly visionary groundwork for our future approaches to sales, and I welcome the opportunity to further contribute to John Laing Homes' success."
In addition to working with the Sales and Marketing Department, Waldal will also be involved in working with other departments in long-range planning, to further increase the Division's sales vision and experience.
"We are working today in a market characterized by very savvy buyers, so open communication and coordinated efforts by these varied departments are essential to our success," said Waldal.
