What do successful businesses have in common? According to Best-Selling author, motivational speaker and entrepreneur Shawn Cassidy, the answer is trust, and you can learn all about how to build trust-based relationships if you join us for February's First Friday Breakfast.
The First Friday Breakfast is scheduled to take place 7-9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 6 at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa, 5480 Grand Pacific Dr., which will be the new location for all future First Friday Breakfast's in 2015.
Cassidy's topic is "H2G-Building Trusted Relationships." The term "H2G" refers to Cassidy's own formula for creating key and secret ingredients to personal and team growth, fulfillment and success as detailed in his book "From Fears to Freedom – the H2G Revolution."
"The most admired and successful teams – companies, institutions, and organizations – value trust as the number one ingredient necessary to build, increase and sustain organizational effectiveness, improve productivity and performance, and support an open and thriving Team culture," says Cassidy, whose leadership model has been endorsed by leadership guru Ken Blanchard, U.S. Navy Seals, management executives at Qualcomm and other small and large companies throughout the United States.
Cassidy has enjoyed a 30 year career in the real estate lending industry as a top national loan producer with a record $2 billion in loan production. He is cofounder and president of The Lodges at Gettysburg and founder of the Leadership and Freedom Center, a 63-acre leadership conference center and specialty event destination in historic Gettysburg, Pa.
First Friday Breakfast is the Chamber's premiere networking and business promotional event, and one of the most regularly attended monthly programs. The cost is $32 for Chamber members who register before January 30. Afterward, the preregistration cost is $55 and $60 at the door.
Prospective members must contact the Chamber at 760-931-8400. There will be no January First Friday Breakfast.
