Morgan Stanley has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Lowe Enterprises for 11,300 square feet of space at Lowe's Ocean Ridge office building in Carlsbad located at 5796 Armada Drive. This 75,000 square foot, three-story, Class A, Carlsbad Ranch property, at press time, was still under construction. Morgan Stanley's new office will house 42 employees and will provide financial advisor services to both retail and high net worth customers.
