Catalina Restaurant Group, parent company of Coco’s Bakery Restaurant and Carrows Restaurants, has named Daniel Barranti as vice president of franchise sales and operations and Brenda Schermerhorn as director of lease administration. Additionally, Tony Barr has been promoted to senior vice president of operations, Mark Fichtner to vice president of operations and Ceci Eccles to director of training.
