Enjoy an evening in the epicenter of Italian culture without a passport as the Quantum Learning Network QLN hosts "An Evening in Tuscany," a joint Sundowner of the Carlsbad and Oceanside Chambers of Commerce from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17.
