The Land & Water Company is quietly leading the nation not only with its cuisine but also with conservation. It works with the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, and South West Fisheries Science Center helping to source new sustainable seafood options for the United States.
All of their beef, pork, lamb, and chicken are part of a program that only 2 percent of the United States utilizes. Our proteins are always all natural, humanely raised, with no antibiotics or hormones. We also compost our organic waste, reclaim all of our waste water, and recycle everything that comes out of the restaurant. The building, the cuisine, and the care, has all derived from the hands of our chefs.

The Crossings at Carlsbad now comes with a better view of North County's majestic sunsets. Crackling fire pits and gentle ocean breezes await you on the new Sunset Patio at The Crossings. Although the official launch party will not take place until early July, the patio is open now. The Sunset Patio has gorgeous ocean views and three fire pits to keep guests cozy in the evenings.
