The city of Carlsbad has been awarded the Hansen Power User Award for closing out more than 95 percent of work orders (25,425 out of 26,480) for storm, park and street assets and 97 percent of service requests (6,011 out of 6,163) during the last three years. The department was also recognized as the most efficient Hansen user with a population of 90,000 or below.
On behalf of the city, the Hansen Power User Award was accepted by: Greg Clavier, public works manager; Jim Ball, Michael Bliss, Louie Montanez and Nick Roque, public works supervisors; Stephanie Harrison, business systems specialist and Liviu Rosu, GIS technician.
