Richard & Richard Construction Company Inc., a design-build construction company based in San Marcos, planned, designed and recently completed construction on the Roosevelt Village Center.
The three-story, 23,000-square-foot mixed-use building fronts on both Carlsbad Village Drive and Roosevelt Street in the Carlsbad Village. The mixed-use project consists of 2,410 square feet of retail space, 6,878 square feet of office space and 3,600 square feet of restaurant space with an additional 1,500-square-foot patio that will provide for an exceptional outdoor dining experience in Carlsbad's year-round temperate climate.
The center also includes two condominium units on the third floor. One residential unit is leased and the other unit will be used as a vacation rental with an ocean-view roof top deck.
Per Se, a local restaurateur, will occupy the restaurant and one retail space that it will use for wine tasting and sales. Leases are being finalized for two of the office spaces, as well as the remaining retail space.
