SIFT Workout, making personal training affordable and convenient, will be hosting a Health Fair on January 28 from noon to 4 p.m. The event, held at SIFT Workout's Oceanside facility at 2305 Vista Way, Oceanside, California 92054, is co-hosted with participating makeover program vendors, other health and wellness suppliers and food catered by Chipotle.
SIFT had announced last month that they are seeking entrants for a makeover program. Information and entry forms for the makeover program can be found at www.siftworkout.com/makeover. Participants must submit an essay detailing why they should be selected and a recent photograph by January 19th.

At the event the makeover winner will be announced. The Health Fair also features an opportunity to learn about the participating vendors and other health and wellness suppliers; receive complimentary messages, facials and prizes
