Sterling Rose Limousine owner, Steve Levin, reports that the company has recently acquired Angel's Limousine and Ground Transportation Service, expanding service to North San Diego County's coastal area.
As part of the merger, Sterling Rose Limousines acquired two of Angel's three vehicles, bringing their total fleet size up to 12. In addition, the entire staff of chauffeurs at Angel's will stay on in Carlsbad with the vehicles located there.
While the Sterling Rose office, located in Temecula, will handle all reservations, Angel's founder Vicky Hatrick will continue to manage sales on a contract basis in Carlsbad.
Levin noted that besides expanding the geographic area Sterling Rose Limousine services, the partnership will also provide the benefit of personal relationships, something Hatrick has been developing with the customers at Angel's since 2000.
