To increase access to Carlsbad Business Parks and the Bressi Ranch area, the North County Transit District (NCTD) has created two new COASTER shuttles routes departing from the Carlsbad Poinsettia COASTER Station.

Commuters utilizing the COASTER for their morning commute will find complimentary BREEZE shuttles waiting for them as they disembark from the COASTER at either 7:19 am or 8:34 am, route 444, which serves the Loker Avenue and Rutherford Road Business Park areas and route 445, which links the COASTER to Loker Business Park via Palomar Airport Road and Camino Vida Robles.

In the afternoon, these same routes will serve the business park locations in time to board the scheduled 5:06 pm and 5:38 pm southbound COASTER departures from the Carlsbad Poinsettia Station.

Routes 444 and 445 are free to all passengers in possession of a valid COASTER ticket or pass. Regular COASTER fares range between $4 to $5 per one-way trip, with fares for those ages 60 and above costing between $2 to $2.75 each way. In addition, monthly COASTER passes are also available, and entitle the holder to unlimited use throughout all of San Diego County, including the COASTER, BREEZE buses, San Diego Transit and the San Diego Trolley.

To begin taking advantage of all that NCTD Routes 444 and 445 have to offer, visit www.sdcommute.com. There you will find detailed information on all NCTD routes and services, including timetables and traveler information for the COASTER.
