Writer, filmmaker and motivational speaker Greg S. Reid will educate Chamber members on the method to turn obstacles into opportunities. Chamber members will learn insightful steps to help them get ahead at work and in life, how to gain influence, and how to live a life of sustained abundance. Reid will also explore ways to stay on course during challenging times.

First Friday Breakfast is the Chamber's premiere networking and business promotional event, and one of the most regularly attended monthly programs. The breakfast will be from 7 to 9 a.m. March 4 at the Windmill Banquet & Catering, 890 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad, 92008.
Tickets for the event are $30 for Chamber members and $50 for prospective members registered by February 28. After February 28, and at the door tickets are $55. At the door, seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Tabletop exhibits or Soapbox presentations are available to promote your business for $70 each, which includes one breakfast, and must be reserved in advance by calling Deveney Gibbons at (760) 931-8400.
