Speaking of awards – the Carlsbad Chamber discusses the upcoming inaugural small business luncheon on May 2. The nomination deadline has passed, but there is still time to purchase tickets for the event. Tickets are $75 for members and $125 for prospective members. Don’t forget who’s coming to speak at the event. U.S. Representative Darrell Issa is coming to speak about “What I learned about business from serving in the U.S. Congress.”  We are excited and honored to have him as the keynote speaker at the event.
