Carlsbad Pilots Job Readiness Room

We’re collaborating with the City of Carlsbad and the San Diego North EDC to give businesses and job seekers a new community benefit—The Job-Readiness Room!

Based on feedback from businesses, job-seekers, and partners, you can now experience a new landing page with all the information under one roof. (https://bendable.com/northcountyjrr/) There are still opportunities to build it out further, but it’s a great step to get everything in one spot. 

As a business in North County, you can sign up for the program and help ensure consistency in hiring opportunities. We hope to identify businesses that are geographically spread across the corridor and representative of different industries and career opportunities.
