Carrillo Elementary Spring Gala
The Carrillo Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is a group of parent volunteers representing the school’s 750 students, their families, and school staff. We are organizing an event which we believe may be of interest to the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and its members. We respectfully request that you forward this opportunity to your membership.
What: Carrillo Elementary Spring Fling and Auction – Roarin’ 2022!
When: May 20, 2022; 6:30pm – 10:30pm.
Where: Twin Oaks Golf Course: 1441 N Twin Oaks Valley Rd., San Marcos, CA 92069.
Cost: $85 per ticket
The Carrillo Spring Fling is a 21 and over social event and fundraiser to benefit the Carrillo Elementary PTO which provides financial support for classroom aides, supplies, equipment, and programs not funded by the school district. The theme for this year’s event is “Speakeasy” and will include a silent auction, casino games, dancing, drinks, heavy hor d’oeuvres, and a photo booth. 1920s attire is encouraged but not required.
The event will be attended by parents, school staff, sponsors, and other members of the local community and will take place at the beautiful Twin Oaks Golf Course. In addition to being a unique and entertaining event for anyone that attends, the Carrillo Spring Fling will provide your members an opportunity to socialize and network with consumers in the local community and generate recognition for their respective businesses.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available for chamber members who want to take advantage of this event to promote their businesses. Sponsors can have their logos printed on the gaming tables, company name included on the event’s advertising and signage, and will be acknowledged during the event. Also, donating products, gift cards, or other items to the auction is another effective means for your members to capitalize on this event and promote their businesses.
