Dr. Perez is a board certified Physician with the American Board of Family Medicine. He obtained his medical degree fron the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila, Phillippines. He trained at the Wheeling Hospital Family Residency Program in Wheeling, WV. He has been in practice since 2012.
