Experience and Background:

I joined Edward Jones in 2004 and hold the CFP® and AAMS® professional designations. I operate under a fiduciary standard and serve a limited number of families so I can provide a consistently high level of comprehensive advice. As the child of Baby Boomer and business-owning parents, my areas of specialty have evolved over 14 years to reflect the needs and wants witnessed within my own family: retirement accumulation for individuals and business owners; investment portfolio allocation; retirement income distribution strategies; Social Security evaluation and election; loss of income disability planning; late-in-life long-term care planning; early and late-stage college savings and negotiation strategies; and estate transfer and gifting strategies for the charitably inclined. On a more personal note, I’m married with two young daughters. My family resides in the La Costa area of Carlsbad, and my office is located in the La Costa Town Square shopping center, within walking distance of my home. I’m also a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Carlsbad Charitable Foundation, and a Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotarian. Rochelle Diaz and Heather St. Amour partner with me as branch office administrators and are dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
