Members of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Committee took part in what has become a tradition for the group  — helping the Military Outreach Ministry Camp Pendleton (MOM4USA) provide Thanksgiving Day dinner for the families of some Camp Pendleton-based Marines. moms4 The volunteers helped to sort donated dinn er items (including boxes of stuffing, potatoes, french onion rings, desserts and cans with yams and cranberry sauce) into bags that will be distributed to pre-selected families this weekend ahead of the holiday celebration. The sorting happened at a MOMS4USA warehouse at Camp Pendleton. Members of the Military Affairs Committee who took part in the volunteer opportunity were: The volunteers helped sort about 300 bags of food.
