Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt, which uses liquid nitrogen (at minus 321 degrees) to make custom-made ice cream treats, celebrated its grand opening in Carlsbad Village recently. It’s located at 201 Oak Ave. at the corner of Oak Avenue and Carlsbad Boulevard.
